Ata ul Kareem is the Cofounder and Director of Zedex Logistics Inc., bringing extensive expertise in logistics, transportation and international supply chain management.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specialising in Supply Chain Management and has completed the CA Foundation, giving him a strong grounding in business operations, finance and logistics management.

Since 2019 he has owned and operated a cross border shipping business, overseeing the movement of millions of parcels worldwide. His career includes senior leadership in operations and fleet management, where he ran large scale logistics operations, optimised transportation networks and led high performing delivery teams.

He has also expanded international shipping operations through strategic global partnerships, strengthening worldwide distribution networks and cross border capability. At Zedex he is focused on dependable, technology driven courier solutions across same day, next day, dedicated route and last mile delivery throughout Ontario.

Awais Ahmad is the Cofounder and Director of Zedex Logistics Inc., bringing over a decade of leadership in financial services, business strategy and client relationship management.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, giving him a strong foundation in strategic planning, business development, customer engagement and organisational leadership.

Beginning his career in the financial sector in 2010, Awais progressed through a series of leadership roles before serving as an Assistant Vice President. Through to 2024 he gained extensive experience in financial operations, team leadership, risk management, business development and customer focused solutions.

At Zedex he combines business strategy, marketing and operational leadership to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. His aim is a customer centric logistics company that delivers dependable courier solutions and lasting value for businesses across Ontario.
